On the 8th March 2019, the International Women’s Day Celebrations were held at the Pan African Parliament in MIdrand - South Africa. During the occasion, the Uganda High Commission exhibited Uganda’s Products, Tourism, Cuisine and Culture.

The exhibits included some of Uganda's food; arts and crafts; Ugandan tea and coffee; Uganda Waragi;  show cased some Ugandan dances as well as vast tourism materials which were handed out.

The guests at the event were treated to Ugandan dishes such as Steamed Matoke, Steamed Cassava, dry meat in Groundnut Sauce and much more.

Uganda's booth  attracted many visitors  who liked Uganda's  products, especially the crafts,  Coffee and Uganda Waragi. Alot of follow-up for business is expected.
